Love is a Loosing Game

Love is a game that few can resist
Cloud nine is bliss so lovers persist

Reality falls like a crashing mirror
Though those enchanted have no fear

Sometimes we drink with the queen of thorns
When it's done heartbreak often mourns

But then love becomes aknew
And once again there is one for you

Spontaneous attraction consumes the soul
Cause we always pay the piper's toll

So red seas part
Hearts fall apart

Once released you call it bondage
No longer are you a hostage

The viper's tongue burns so gracefully
For a thousand years we savor it tastefully

In lovers arms
Love's greatest charms

Tears the lonely one often swallows
And their own heartbreak often follows
